Description
Schoki Chocolate is a small bean to bar chocolate-making company. Handcrafted in Squamish, BC. It was started in 2020. Schoki was started because of a love for good quality chocolate and because of passion for the protection of the environment as well as the well-being of the cacao farmers we work with.
Milk: this 48% milk chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Nicaragua and non-GMO B.C. milk that is free of antibiotics and growth hormones.
Oat Milk: this 58% oat milk chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Nicaragua and organic oat flour.
Dark Raspberry: this 70% dark raspberry chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Nicaragua and local freeze dried raspberries.
Dark Sea Salt: this 70% dark sea salt chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Nicaragua and sprinkled with Vancouver Island Sea Salt.
Nicaragua Dark: this 85% single-origin dark chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Ingemann Fine Cocoa in Nicaraga.
Milk Hazelnut: this 48% milk and hazelnut chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Nicaragua, non-GMO B.C. milk that is free of antibiotics and growth hormones and in house roasted hazelnuts.
Dominican Republic: this 72% single-origin dark chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from the Zorzal Reserve, a cacao farm and bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic.
